Refund and Return Policy

1.Application for Returns/Refunds

Subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Returns and Refunds Policy and our Terms of Service, buyers ("Buyers") may apply for the return of purchased items ("Item") and/or request a refund.

Buyers may apply for a refund and/or return under the following circumstances:

The Item received is incomplete or defective.

The Item received does not match the specifications agreed upon (e.g., incorrect size or color).

The Item is damaged during delivery.

The Item received is expired or counterfeit.

Additionally, Buyers may request a return for change of mind within seven (7) days of receiving the Item, provided the Item meets specific return conditions as outlined below.

2.Application for the Return of an Item

Buyers must submit their return/refund application through our website within seven (7) days of receiving the Item.

For Received Items: Buyers may initiate a return/refund request within seven (7) days of delivery confirmation. The approval of the request is subject to compliance with our return conditions, which include returning the Item in its original packaging, with tags attached, unused, and in the condition it was received.

For Unreceived Items: Buyers may request a refund if the expected delivery date has passed or if the Item's status shows as "Delivered" on our platform, but the Item has not been received.

3.Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in sellable condition.

Buyers are encouraged to take photos of the Item upon receipt for reference.

4.Refunds

Refunds will be processed once we confirm receipt of the returned Item. If the Buyer has already received a refund and the Item is subsequently returned, we reserve the right to deduct the refunded amount from the Buyer's refund.

5.Communication
